Pick Up Orders are orders placed on buckle.com that are shipped to a Buckle store for guest pick up.

Shop buckle.com and select your store, add items to your bag by selecting the Pick Up option and proceed to checkout.

Orders are available for pick up 3-6 business days after the order is placed (excluding holidays). You will receive a notification email with instructions when your order has arrived in your selected store.

a. Once you receive your notification email, go to your selected Buckle store to retrieve your order. Valid photo identification and a signature will be required to pick up your order.

Yes, you may have someone else pick up your order. At checkout, you will be prompted to enter the contact information of the person who will pick up your order.

Orders will be held in-store for 14 days. Please contact Guest Services with any order-related questions.

Orders that are not picked up will be canceled. You will be contacted if your order is canceled, and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Orders may be returned to a Buckle store or through the mail. Please see our return policy for detailed instructions.
